2010 CHICAGO GOSPEL MUSIC FESTIVAL (JUNE 5 - 6, 2010)

The 2010 Chicago Gospel Music Festival takes place over 2 days, Saturday and Sunday, June 5 - 6 in Chicago's Millennium Park Jay Pritzker Pavilion Stage. This event has featured some of the best in gospel music over the years including a performance last year by Fantasia and her mom Diane (check out the video below of Fantasia's performance) and is one of this reporters favorite. This years festival will feature performances by the legendary Caravans (Albertina Walker, Dorothy Norwood, Inez Andrews & Delores Washington), Richard Smallwood & Vision, Fred Hammond, Ricky Dillard & New G., Byron Cage featuring Mark Hubbard & The Voices, Hezekiah Walker & Love Fellowship Choir and many more.
