Jennifer Hudson Family Murders Update

Defendant William Balfour appeared in court yesterday September 30, 2009 in regards to the Hudson Family murders. The case appears to be moving right along with the attorneys continuing with discovery. The defense is requesting a jury trial. I will be posting a full report of the preliminary hearings and trial as they occur.

Star Magazine is reporting that Jennifer Hudson sister Julia is pregnant with child. If this is true, I would personally like to say, CONGRATULATIONS JULIA HUDSON. God Bless. Looks like God has smiled down on you too.

Smokey Robinson 'Time flies when you're having fun' album review.

This album by Smokey is a good one. Classic Smokey through and through. Nice duets with Santana, Joss and India.Arie. Smokey stayed true to himself, his music and what his fans have come to know. Not like a lot of these others who change their style disappointing the very same fans who bought their previous music expecting the same. The man's still got it. I highly recommend!

Jennifer Hudson Family Murders Update

IN THE CASE OF WILLIAM BALFOUR

August 18, 2009 at 10:10 a.m. William Balfour, defendant in the Jennifer Hudson family murders appeared in court today. Defendant wore a prison issued beige D.O.C. uniform and short cropped hairstyle. Defendant was surrounded by guards as he stood before the judge.

Defendant Balfour did not speak and appeared polite and respectful to the judge and his court appointed public defenders. A large cart containing files were wheeled into the court. The defendant's public defenders asked for a continuation to conduct additional discovery. Judge Lawrence Fox granted the defense motion. Next scheduled court date for William Balfour is September 30, 2009.
